The reception staff were great, super friendly and the room was so spacious and comfy.
I was a bit disappointed that you had to pay extra for the swimming pool I’ve not had that in previous hotels.

The amenities in the room were great, everything was clean. The location is very central, just a few minutes walk from the main station.
I was hoping to use the pool but it's at an extra charge.

Very large room, excellent pool and sauna, shame the steam room wasn't in operation
For a large room, a second TV facing the couch would be beneficial

The location is great. The rooms are nice and clean
There seemed to be a problem with the ac, but this was nicely resolved by the lady at the reception. Paying €7 per person per day to use the swimming and gym facilities is a lot. Charging €50 for 2 persons for breakfast (if this wasn’t included) is excessive, especially given the quality of the food and drinks, which was subpar to say the least. Then, to top it off, when asking for an ironing board and iron, we never received it, not after asking multiple times.
