Venice is a unique and inimitable city and the best way to complete your nice day walks exploring every charming corner is to stay in the apartment like this!
The building is located just 5 minutes walk from the train station S. Lucia and Cannaregio district. It is in the Central Manzoni complex (former thermal plant of Venice) apartment 15; this position is easily accessible, the best for its closeness to all the means of transport.
From here you can reach the Grand Canal in 10 minutes, the picturesque Rialto Bridge in 20 minutes and then the famous Piazza San Marco and Basilica; on your way you will find a typical venetian little restaurants where you could taste the "cicchetti" (local selection of appetizers) accompanied by a good local wine.
In the entrance you will find a colorful balcony and a white chandelier. The building is the winner of the 2011 European Color Design Award.
The Energy Class A apartments equipped with a ventilation and air cooling system with radiant floor panels, it has double glazed windows and the ceilings with exposed wooden beams.
Living area

-the recreation area with sofa (which becomes a sofa bed for two people if necessary), television and stereo, free Wi-Fi connection, table for 4 people.
Sleeping area
- 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe (with vacuum cleaner);
- 1 bathroom with a suggestive emotional shower. For your relaxation there is a chromo therapy and Turkish bath.
There is a parquet floor in all rooms except the bathroom which is tiled with glass mosaic.
Interaction with guests
Guests have access to whole the apartment, full use of the kitchen, linen and towels are provided.
For the arrival we will wait for you at the apartment to give you the keys and show you the amenities. During your staying, we will always be available for any question.
TOURIST CITY TAX
The tourist city tax should be paid at the check-in in cash.
LATE CHECK-IN
In case of late check-in (after 8 pm) we apply the late check-in fees:
EUR 20 for check-in after 8 pm
EUR 40 for check-in after 10 pm
EUR 50 for check-in after midnight.
