About this farm stay rental
At the center of the triangle formed by Florence, Arezzo, Siena, our farmhouse is the ideal starting point for visiting Tuscany in every season of the year, the farmhouse the Palazzo on the Tuscan hills, in the green, in the silence, relaxation; Around the view on the hills, a large garden with swimming pool, gazebo and barbecoue.
Casa Colline is an apartment on the ground floor of the farmhouse, a bedroom with double bed, living room, a bathroom; in the living room the sofa bed, the kitchen and the table for meals.
Independent entrance with access to the living room; in front of the living room there is a small courtyard with a veranda with garden table and chairs.

Wide view of the hills and the forest bordering the Arno river reachable through pleasant marked paths that continue along an interesting protected area.
Around the farmhouse there is the garden (7,000 m2) with various terraces surrounding the house, the large swimming pool (16x8), with a connected children's pool (4x4); adjacent to the house serving the swimming pool with dressing room and toilets, old wood-burning oven for pizzas, barbecue, table tennis.
Among the common areas that can be used on request, on the ground floor there is a spacious (unfurnished) lounge with fireplace, available for meetings, events, ceremonies.

The village of Levane is just 3.7 km away (all kinds of shops), 8 km from Montevarchi (railway station from which you can reach the railway station of Florence in about 35 minutes, which is a few hundred meters from the cathedral), 25 km away Arezzo (important medieval city also renowned for its artisan gold-working industry), about 40 km away from the Pratomagno area (Poppi, Chiusi della Verna, Bibbiena, etc.).
Within 30 km the most exclusive areas of the famous Chianti Classico rich in prestigious farms and renowned countries such as Radda, Gaiole, Greve and the Castello di Brolio.

Wir waren spät in der Saison und hatten das ganze Landgut für uns zwei allein. Im Sommer mit Poolnutzung bestimmt noch schöner. Aber auch so phantastisch. Emanuela & Fabrizio sind wirklich super nett und zurückhaltend. Das Objekt ist zu 100% wie beschrieben. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
