About this villa rental
Villa A9 enjoys a quiet setting in a small mature development called Klimataria, within easy walking distance of the blue flag Pissouri Beach and with its own private pool. Being half way between Paphos and Limassol, Pissouri Bay is away from the main resorts and ideally situated for exploring the coast, the villages and mountains of Cyprus. The area will suit those who welcome a chance to relax, unwind and possibly enjoy a wide variety of activities including golf (Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills courses) and water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and diving. The villa is comfortably furnished and comprehensively equipped. Behind hibiscus hedges, the paved garden is private and secluded. Towards the beach there are a wide variety of restaurants and tavernas. Our competitive price includes air-conditioning in the bedrooms.The old village of Pissouri is about 3km from the villa and is very picturesque, retaining it's unspoilt charm.

The house is in a fantastic location. Just minutes from the lovely Pissouri beach. You definitely need a hire car though. The pool was great and kept clean twice a week by the lovely Alan. He also helped to fix a couple of minor issues that arose during our stay.One larger issue was the a/c in the main bedroom didn't really work. We let the owner know and within a couple of days, they had arranged to get it completely replaced! We were very grateful for that. There is no a/c in the common areas of the house, only ceiling fans, which did mean those areas become much warmer, but it was bearable.We actually enjoyed there not being a TV as it meant we spent more time together. I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely holiday home.

Overall impression was good, but we did point out 2 or 3 niggles to Alan. The bedrooms were of a reasonable size with well stocked wardrobes in term of hangers and good drawer space. Previous guests had left very little as a "starter pack. The rim of the pool could do with a good clean / re-paint.
The use of some ant killer would not go amiss.

Kein funktionierender Fernseher
Gartenmöbel beschädigt und sehr gemischt
Alles in allem wurden diese Mängel durch den Pool ausgeglichen
