The house has just been restored and furnished, a rustic 1800's located in a quiet historic village of Brenzone, a place untouched by traffic. House "and finilet" is ideal for families and groups of friends, has private parking. It can accommodate up to 5 people. And 'situated on three floors, from all rooms you can see the lake, has a large kitchen with dishwasher, crockery, electric oven and coffee machine, a living room with sofa double bed and TV, two bathrooms with shower one of which one with washing machine, two bedrooms, one bedroom with television and a single, two balconies and a basement with kitchenette. In every room there is a connection to the wifi network. The towels and sheets are included. At 10m you will find a small garden where you can enjoy a good meal in the sun or relax and enjoy the lake view that offers spectacular sunsets in the evening.

Ein sehr schönes und liebevoll renoviertes Objekt und die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage und Aussicht. Die Zufahrt ist durch enge Gassen etwas abenteuerlich, aber man gewöhnt sich daran.
Wir hatten Temperaturen von über 35 Grad. Da wäre eine Klimaanlage ganz schön gewesen. Bei normalen Temperaturen ist das sicher nicht notwendig.

Sehr schön renoviertes, sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Die sportlich steile Zufahrt wird mit einem eigenen Parkplatz belohnt. Vom naheliegenden(50m) Garten hat man, in absoluter Ruhe, einen tollen Blick auf den See. Von dort aus gute Möglichkeit für Spaziergänge, auch mit Hund!
Ristorante/Pizzeria 5min zu Fuß!!!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, alles super sauber, sehr freundliche Gastgeber.
Auch eine verspätete Ankunft aufgrund einer Reifenpanne war kein Problem.
Auf Nachfrage konnten wir auch später Auschecken!
