Spacious Country-style apartment just 25 minutes from Rome, with attention to the smallest details, quiet and welcoming in the highest village of the Castelli Romani. The destination is recommended for the clean environment around the structure, ideal for breathing pure air.

The SoulDreams Vacation apartment is located in Rocca Priora, a town in the Metropolitan Area of Rome, in the Lazio region, south-east of the capital. Surrounded by large panoramic balconies overlooking the Castelli Romani Natural Park, it is the ideal place to combine a holiday between nature, history and culture.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern building. The bright living room is decorated in bright colors. It has a comfortable sofa bed, a small table and a TV / DVD.
A dining table for 8 people and a huge fireplace complete the lounge which leads to the balcony. The outdoor table is ideal for al fresco dining with views of the Castelli Romani National Park.
Separate vintage style kitchen fully equipped with table for 4/6 people.
Elegant and spacious double bedroom complete with bedside tables, lamps and wardrobe space.
Second bedroom with two semi bunk beds.
Study bedroom with a raised bed and comfortable desk.
A full bathroom with jacuzzi and a bathroom with shower complete the space.
Large balconies surround the interior environment.

The property is located right in front of Monte Salomone, surrounded by the beautiful mountain landscape with splendid panoramic views of the Castelli Romani National Park.
The Tuscolo archaeological site is easily reachable on foot from us, as well as the Ancient Via Sacra, a world heritage site, crossed by a myriad of paths for walking or cycling. There are excellent places to visit within a radius of 10 km from the apartment. It is equally well positioned to access the Pratoni del Vivaro where the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) established a horse racing center in 1959.

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in dieser Wohnung gemacht, und es war sehr schön.
Die Wohnung ist groß, hat einen schönen Balkon. Das Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett und 1 Badezimmer mit Whirlpool sind exclusiv für Gäste.
Küche/Eßbereich wurde gemeinsam genutzt. Parkplatz auf der Straße war jederzeit zu bekommen.
Die Wohnung ist günstig gelegen, Rom City ist in 30 min zu erreichen.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, immer ansprechbar, und kümmert sich gut wenn man Fragen hat oder gibt Reisetipps.
Frühstück ist inbegriffen und sehr reichhaltig.
Wir haben die Tage in Rocca Priora sehr genossen.
