Wish the sauna worked it took a very long time to heat up Wish the hot water came on more rapidly in the shower and in the bath … I hate having to waste water….

Location staff and view. Attached restaurant is very good, and also on the higher side. However, filet mignon was over cooked and disappointing.
Mattress needs replacing. Fireplace was non functional price was a bit too high based on the above. Continental breakfast needs better options.

The beautiful view of the river and ocean, and the newly remodeled bathroom.
The windows didn’t work, the fireplace didn’t work, the sheets and towels were very low quality. The ice machine was broken.

location was excellent,staff friendly.
hotel needs upgrades including room. Spa tub was a disappointment,hard to get in and out of,more grabrails would be better. No mat in tub so very slippery.Only one bar a soap .the soap dispenser in the tub shower was almost empty,no shelves at all in the bathroom to hold any personal items. The TV remote barely worked.to turn on and off it had to be done at the television itself. For the money it was a dissapointment.
