Villa Paramithia is
located in Kolympia Village and offers an amazing private swimming pool, Jacuzzi
features, a tennis court and many more amenities and luxuries. Villa has a
spectacular sea view and the nearest beach is found in a short distance of only
a 10 minute drive. Villa Paramithia is an excellent choice for big families and
groups of friends of up to 10 members seeking comfort, luxury and privacy.
Paramithia villa is
truly one of a kind with its playful decorating style that will inspire you to
begin your holidays with a smile. The villas interior is arranged in two
floors and it features 5 fully air conditioned bedrooms with double beds. In
one of the rooms guests will find a living room and a Jacuzzi with an amazing
view to calm their senses and feel refreshed. There are 2 bathrooms with
showers and 1 wc. On
the ground floor theres comfortable living room with a large screen TV with
satellite channels. Theres a fully equipped kitchen for any meal preparation
accompanied by the spacious dining area. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout
the property. Also, theres a childrens
play room. The exterior spaces of the villa are remarkably wide. The facilities
include a swimming pool with sunbeds to work on your tan under the summer sun.
Theres a large BBQ area with sitting areas to enjoy your holidays to the
fullest. For your amusement theres a tennis court and a gazebo with a pond
with an amazing panoramic sea view that will take your breath away. The villa,
also, offers a number of amenities that guests will find useful during their
stay.
Paramithia villa is a
luxury villa with many amenities and benefits. The property is located a 10
minute drive away from the nearest beach and in one of the best locations on
the island of Rhodes. The villa is situated only 15 minute drive away from the center
of Afandou where you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies
and car rentals. The villa is also close to Kolympia village, only a 5 minute
drive away from the villa, which is a popular tourist resort with an excellent
organized beach where you can find all sorts of summer activities. The villa is
also located a 10 minute drive away from the best beach of the island, Tsampika
beach, which stretches over 1 km and combines soft, golden sand with crystal
clear, shallow waters. Lastly, you shouldnt miss visiting Lindos, one of the
most exquisite archeological sites of Rhodes, with its Acropolis and narrow
white paths and shops. Lindos is found only a 30 minute drive away from the
villa. The airport of the island is found less than a 40 minute drive.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night

We had a great holiday at this villa - 5 double bedrooms, three spa baths (one in the master suite overlooking the hills and down to the sea) a pool and tennis court.
Nearest supermarket is about 8 minutes by car and all the major tourist spots are within 20-40 minutes too. We bbq'd three nights on the trot and explored the hills behind the villa as well as spending time on the fab beaches.
All in all a great villa and a memorable holiday!
