The breakfast was very good and quite sumptuous, and I especially appreciated the early 6:00 am start—it was very convenient. The location was excellent and made getting around downtown easy.
There wasn’t anything major to complain about, though the breakfast area could get a bit crowded during peak hours. A little more seating space would have made it more comfortable.

Location, some staff was welcoming.
Price. I was charged with a parking fee that we didn't enjoy. This fee was not included in the booking price. Some staff was really mean, borderline intolerant.
