The pool was very nice and clean. Our room was a good size for our stay. I love that they had Dove products for the bathroom - soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The room was overall very clean. The check-in staff was amazing (unlike the morning and check-out staff). When we needed extra towels, they brought them right up and with a smile! The evening staff was fantastic.

The pool room was excessively hot and muggy, and there was no hot tub. The fixtures in the bathroom of our room were old and worn. Breakfast was a complete disgusting disaster. The worst part is that we actually paid to have it. There were no utensils except forks and they didn't have any milk at the time. So my children could not have cereal. All the hot options were low in stock and looked gross. The "omelets" were hard and overcooked. They were tiny. The bacon was not cooked completely, so it was rubbery/greasy and there wasn't enough for everyone even if we wanted it. The biscuits were hard and dry. And the gravy looked disgusting. It was horrible. I think we attempted three bites and spit half of it out on our plate. When I brought it up to the morning staff (different than the previous evening staff at check-in), they gave me attitude and told me they would bring the matter up to their manager - and only the manager could refund the breakfast. To this day (3 weeks after), I have yet to hear back from the manager - and I also filled out their survey from the stay as well with these details. Learn from my lessons - do not pay for the breakfast. Find somewhere else, or scan the options before paying. Unfortunately, mine was prepaid.
