The Italian breakfast was delicious, the room was quite comfortable with city view, and the paid parking

The facility is beautiful and the staff very helpful. We travelled by car and the parking arrangement with the local garage / shuttle mad things very easy. There are steps to reach the the building but Matera is all about steps. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is excellent. Rooms comfortable and as described. It is a beautiful Sassi and the location is convenient to all the sites.
The weather could've been better as it rained our first night. However, the staff recommended a restaurant that was wonderful and we had an excellent dinner which made for nice evening.
