We spent our first night in the lodge and were very happy with that room. We extended our stay 5 more nights for more fishing and other outdoor activities and were able to transfer to one of their cottages after inquiring if one was available. It was quaintly dated but very clean, functional, comfortable and just so sweet. We enjoyed the extra space, the kitchen and the screened in sunroom. Bed and bath were clean and comfortable. We had daily breakfast and some dinners in the lodge restaurant; everything was tasty. All staff went above and beyond; genuine hospitality.
Would be nice of boat or kayaks were available for use/rent. It don't appear that was possible at the adjoining marina.

Very comfortable room overlooking the lake. I enjoyed having the window open a little during the night.
We went to the games room which was cool - although the ping pong bats had seen better days.
Breakfast was OK. Quite traditional for the USA with biscuits and gravy. Lovely waitress.
The location was superb and we enjoyed the following day going to the Bison and Elk Prairie.
We arrived in the dark and the room was not very bright.

The breakfast was great. My server went above and beyond. The location was excellent.
I was placed beside the only place that was under construction. I went out there for peace and quiet. Only to be disturbed at 7 a.m. with banging of hammers and other tools. The cabin had many steps which typically would have been okay. I have really bad knees. A heads up would have been nice. There was other cabins available.
