Good location, with short walk downhill to the lift. However it was far enough uphill for us to decide to use the lockers at the foot of the piste not to have to carry skis at the end of the day (but we are old!). Well laid out and reasonably spacious living/dining/kitchen area. On-site parking. Comfortable beds.
Sheets and towels were thin and the latter as small as they could get away with. Kitchen equipment minimalist, especially when you consider it is supposed to be a flat for 8: I was glad to have read that in a previous review and so taken a big pot (there were just three smallish saucepans provided), a decent knife, tea towels and a corkscrew with us. Communication with the owner also minimalist - don’t expect anything more than the automated Booking.com confirmation without chasing…

L’appartement des terrasses de Perrières est très bien situé: juste en face des pistes, à quelques minutes en voiture du centre des Gets, il y a un restaurant boutique location de ski. Il y a un immense parking juste en bas de l’appartement pour le départ des télécabines ainsi que pour la luge sur rail. Franchement sans hésitation.

The apartment was ok. I’d read previous reviews which said it was basic .
The apartment was basic and needs a bit more attention to detail to make guests stay better. The apartment was surface clean but move furniture and look at walls and it is clear it is not clean. We had to pay extra for bed linen and towels which I thought was a rip off. The bed linen provided was really cheap and poor quality. The beds were not made either. The towels were a bath towel only. One of the double bedrooms had no window so no fresh air. The duvet in that room stank stale and damp . We had to air it on the balcony and buy some fabric spray and a candle for the room.
The single bed rooms were used by single adults. These beds could have been pushed together to make a double beds for the guests. There was no spare linen in the apartment to do this and the hosts did not check in pre arrival information how the rooms would be used.
We were a group of 5 adults in 8 bed apartment . The lounging area would not have accommodated 8 people to sit down. The photos of the apartment do not accurately reflect the actual apartment. There was no furniture on the balcony and the two sofas did not match and had throws on them to cover marks/stains on the cushions.
The kitchen area has enough cooking utensils and crockery however only 6 large mugs - this is an apartment for 8. It would be nice ( I’ve read this in previous reviews) for basic supplies - soap in kitchen/bathrooms, hand towels, oven glove, tea towels and cleaning liquid. It would not cost much for the owner/manager to provide these items which would make a difference to peoples stay.
The bedrooms were basically furnished and there wasn’t sufficient storage for clothes. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms and some pictures would make it more cosy .
One evening after 4 showers there was no more hot water. This is not what you want after a days skiing.
There was some general maintenance issue in the apartment not dealt with.
