About this villa rental
Shops and market 250 m, land fenced with walls, not overlooked, direct access to the sea and views of La Baule Bay, the port and the garden with hundred-year-old trees. It is the shooting place (October 2014) of a high-audience German television film (released in autumn 2015). There is a large 50 m² living space with adjacent 20 m² veranda, very well fitted kitchen with Lacanche range cooker and large Liebherr refrigerator with cellar and freezer compartments and 3 drawers, 5 bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor, top floor loft, 5 bathrooms or shower room, 5 toilets including 2 independent, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, 2 terraces facing the sea including a 20 m² on the first floor, parking spaces in the garden, garden being improved and overlooking the sea, secured access with entry code, barbecue, garden furniture, large parasol and deck chairs.

What a perfect location, walking distance from everything you may need: the Pornichet market with all the best seafood, boucherie/charcuterie, fresh produce, wine stores, gift shops and some of the best boulangerie/pâtisserie…. The house is so well equipped for cooking with a professional style kitchen and the house has many hang out options depending on the sun orientation and time of the day. Great for kids with walk to the merry-go-round, and of course your own private beach access. Many sleeping options in the house with quality windows and amenities. Thank you Marie-Pierre for providing your house and making our family vacation a memorable joyful experience!
