About this villa rental
LOCATION
The Luxury and Chic rental Villa is nestled on the hills opposite Lake Garda near Lazise and offers beautiful panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding countryside. The villa is part of a vast estate planted with vineyards and olive trees producing extra virgin olive oil and wine. Just a short distance away, the ancient medieval town of Lazise.
VILLA
The furnishings in the villa are of excellent quality and consist of both antique pieces and modern design furniture creating an elegant italian style atmosphere where ambience and evocations permeate every moment of the day and each small detail.
The first floor is composed by 4 large indipendent suites, called “Vite”, “Olivo,” “Noce” and “Melograno'. They all have private bathrooms and can host a maximum of 14 guests.
The ground floor hosts a large but cozy dining area, a big kitchen equipped with all the latest comforts, a living room with a wonderful view of the lake and a studio where you can relax after enjoying your day.
The terrace, which is covered by a large pergola, is supplied with tables and chairs for eating “al fresco” and offers beautiful views of the lake.
A large tree-lined area on the left-hand side of the villa contains a barbecue and cool areas where guests can relax.
AMENITIES
The Villa is equipped with satellite TV in every bedroom as well as in the main living room, Wi-fi internet inside and outside the Villa, elevator/lift, washing machine, drier and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with ice-maker, automatic espresso machine.
SWIMMING POOL & HOT TUB
The swimming pool area offers a beautiful view of the lake and countryside, and is equipped with elegant, modern sunbeds, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.
A covered area beside the pool features a hot tub that is always heated. There is also a refrigerator to keep your drinks cool on summer days.
AIR-CONDITION AND HEATING
All the rooms are equipped with Air Condition adjustable in each room and central heating.
The swimming pool can be heated upon request with an extra fee.

Verona, famous for lovers Romeo and Juliet is reachable in 30 minutes by car. It is a place rich of art, history, food culture and it is also well suitable for shopping and entertainment. Its Roman theatre Arena di Verona offers an incomparable atmosphere when hosts famous Opera and international musicians during the summer season.
Venice, Milan and the Dolomites can be easily reached just in an hour by car or train.

My family and I had an amazing week at this absolutely beautiful villa. The house is well appointed and has everything one needs, from kitchen gear , to pool towels. Lorenzo and Valentina couldn’t have been more helpful in all my requests. Two of our evenings they helped organize a private chef (Igor) who cooked amazing dishes for us.
We all enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing football (soccer) on the beautiful lawn.

We recently spent two weeks at this villa. I have nothing but positive comments about this property. Here are my thoughts and reflections:
LOCATION - Fantastic - short drive (ride) to Lazise with wonderful views of the lake
SPACE - Tons of private and shared space in this Villa. Lorenzo and Valentina helped us arrange for a yoga class for 8 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Each suite had a beautiful bathroom and sitting room.
EQUIPPED - the best-equipped property we have ever rented. The kitchen was outfitted with great cookware, Nespresso machine, a milk frother, tons of quality glassware and place settings.
HOT TUB and POOL - both were fantastic
HOST and PROPERTY MANAGER - Lorenzo and Valentina we very responsive and helpful.
IMMACULATE - the property is well-maintained and immaculately clean.
I highly recommend this property if if fits your needs.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Costasanti. The villa itself is absolutely wonderful: it is spacious, beautifully decorated, highly maintained and spotlessly clean. It has everything you could ask for: a wonderful kitchen, plenty of space for everyone, and top-quality facilities and appliances. It was so lovely to have such a wonderful place to return to at the end of each day.Lorenzo also deserves a special mention: during our stay, he made sure we had the best time. He arranged taxis for us, provided us with a private chef for a celebratory meal one night, and responded to every request we had really quickly. One night, for example, we wanted to have a BBQ at the villa but there wasnt much gas for the BBQ: 15 minutes after calling him, he brought 2 new canisters for us. No task was too big or small.The villa itself is about a 25-minute walk from Lake Garda: there are no real footpaths for the first 10 minutes, so at first it was a bit treacherous. However, the drivers are very careful and always slow down - it was really only a problem when we were walking with a pushchair and baby, so this is worth bearing in mind. However, you could always call a taxi to come and pick you up and take you wherever you need to go. Lazise is a really lovely little town with some nice cafes and restaurants and the setting of the villa, nestled into a hill overlooking the lake, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, is just out of this world.Our only criticism is that the pool was not heated (which Lorenzo said would be so expensive so it wouldnt be worth it) - this was a little disappointing for those of us who were hoping to swim on our holiday. The only other consideration is the access from the villa down to the lake: if you are travelling with young children and/or older people, be prepared to take taxis instead of walking.Overall, I would recommend Villa Costasanti in a heartbeat - Lake Garda is just wonderful and Lorenzo will make sure you have a fantastic time. I would love to come back and would just like to say thank you to Lorenzo for making our holiday so special!! 5 stars are not enough :-)
