The spacious apartment is lovely, but the real attraction is the view and the deck overlooking the ocean.
The door lock wasn’t locking and we had to contact Vacasa property to gain access to an actual key. Using the key in the deadbolt was very finicky. I hope they replace the lock after our stay.
The upstairs residents? Guests? were loud outside the stated quiet hours, and you’ll hear nails of the dog clicking (like when it was digging at the floor) and scraping of furniture across the floor.

The location's view was simply stunning looking out onto the bay from above and the bay could be even seen from the bed.
The downtown location was very convenient to walk to eating establishments and stores.
No indication of which unit we had. There was an A and B unit. No mention of 14 stairs down from entrance door. No marked and reserved parking spot. A dirty cleaning rag was left on the floor by the dining table and previous renters computer print out info at the top of the stairs placed under the fire extinguisher. Breach of privacy. Not very sturdy dining room chairs.
The bath sink seemed to have a clog. No hot tub on the deck as seen in the picture. Lovely tub but difficult to enter for a short person. Only one complete set of towels for each person for 3 nights?
Overpriced unless that is the going rate for being on the water. We were expecting plush.
