Hotel Helena

War alles soweit mehr als in Ordnung. Ganz Klasse war, dass das griechische Restaurant gleich mit im Haus war.

Das Haus steht an einer Hauptstraße sehr befahren. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal ein Hinterzimmer buchen. Das Zimmer war super sauber und gemütlich. Das Bad war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Zum Restaurant wir haben abends dort gegessen und waren total begeistert. Wir waren auf das Frühstücks Büfett gespant und waren Begeistert, keine wünsche offen. Der Biergarten ist super schön und hinterm Haus . Wir Buchen auf jeden Fall nochmal alleine der kurze weg nach Hamburg.

Nur die Lautstärke der Straße. Mit Fenster zu dann geht es.

Sauberes Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück

Leider direkt an der Hauptstraße, aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern ruhig

Our plane for Hamburg was late of about 1 hour. At 23.15 when we landed I called the hotel to inform the staff about the delay asking to wait for us over the midnight closer. At the phone the guy of the staff was upset with me because check in time limit was up to 00.00 me, we arrived at 00.20, not very polite. Sorry but if you have an Hotel sometimes you deal with people that are traveling and delays can happen. I did feel my self welcome ! 👎 After 2 days I was ready for checking out, I called the reception at 10am and I informed them that I was in the need to leave the room at the very last minute at 11.55am , note that time limit of the regular check out was 12.00. For 4 times from 10am to 12pm every 20 minutes housekeeping/staff was entering my room without respecting my privacy. Unfortunately they didn’t care about me, the most important thing for them was to have the room cleaned before noon. 👎 Sad to say that customers needs are not on top of their priority list.
