The breakfast was great. I wish they had non dairy and gluten free alternatives.
The hallways were dirty as was the stairwell.

Convenient location, great breakfast, lots of pillows and the pillowcases were embroidered with FIRM or SOFT! 😍 Plenty of space for luggage and a nice closet.
Soap and lotion were very difficult for this 5' tall person to reach. There's no way a child could reach them.

The property was easy to get to. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a WEB nearby. The pool was nice although we didn’t it. Also fresh coffee was available in the lobby 24/7. The staff was always very pleasant and friendly.
The elevator floors always seemed dirty. The shower wasn’t the best. The TV worked fine but channels were difficult to navigate.

The continental breakfast was great. From the egg white omelet for me to the fresh cinnamon rolls for my kids, all were happy. The staff was also very friendly that assisted with the breakfast. The only thing I would ask is they include a non-dairy option like almond or oat milk. They only had regular milk. This was mainly for me in my coffee, not a huge inconvenience but something small they could add as most hotels these days too.
The pool was dirty and not cleaned daily. Leaves, branches, and other debris in the pool. Lots of bird poop all around the pool as well, which was gross.
In the room, the shower curtain did not work properly as water was constantly getting out of the shower for whomever showered in there. With that I would say the bathroom needs updating. We also were not provided full body towels in the room, only half towels, so I had to go get some from the front lobby.
The TV system is dated with no ability to log into your streaming service like Netflix. The TV guide did not work as you couldn't select a channel from there. We had to manually go channel by channel to find a children's one. Time consuming and frustrating. This should be an easy upgrade for Holiday Inn.
