I felt very comfortable at the hostel. The rooms had heating and the bed was comfortable, everything was very clean. The person at reception speaks Spanish, which is a big plus, and they were very kind. I didn’t wake up for breakfast, so I don’t know how good it is 😂.
The location is perfect, there are many things nearby. I would definitely stay there again 😁

The location was great, it’s a clean spot compared to some other hostels in the area
Some staff were kinda sassy, check out was at 11, I left one swim suit on my bed as I was trying to find parking. Made it back by 11:03 but got a call at 11:02 stating I need to check out immediately. She was not nice about it & ended up hanging up on me as I was trying to explain I was literally walking in right now to grab my last thing on my bed, there was no grace in the moment. Why so much sass when you’re living on the beach girl? Staff just seems to be very much in there own world, not really engaging as much with others like some other hostels I’ve been to.

The location is good.
The staff attitude. They are not friendly and some of them the volunteers were even mean. They stay with the guests in the same rooms and give guests an attitude as if it is their room by sighing even if the guests make noise not more than 8 pm which is not their policy. Also, one of the volunteers misinformed me about the number of available beds on their premises. Then, I booked through booking and it went through. However, they said that it was a 'software' or 'system' issue. Also, they put parking signs behind the property in irrelevant places(parking lots for people with disabilities) and invade some other parking lots to keep other people away including you if you are not renting a private room.
