It was nice and quiet. Quite secluded but close enough to the center. About 15 minutes walking or 7-10 minutes by bike. I enjoyed having the balcony. We could hear some concerts going on. It didn't last to long it was entertaining.

The place itself was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was an absolute must. Everything that could be needed for a nice, comfortable stay was there. The location was also great, can be accessed through multiple buses and has multiple restaurants and super shops around.
The check-in was a bit hectic, as you have to call and there is no one in the premises; but that was also taken care of very nicely in the end. The people were very nice. Since the payment is in cash, I forgot to take that amount of money but they were very flexible regarding that.
The building having more lights around in the night would be a bit better. Not a must, but it would feel safer.

Features were great, it has everything you need to stay relaxed and enjoy the city. The flat is excellent.
It´s a bit challenging to find a place to park.

The location and the price
Not clean !!! No facilities !!!!! A very small sink in the bathroom and no towel holders !!! Two electrical sockets weren’t properly installed ( hanging) .
