It is located only 170 meters from the sandy, shallow-watered beach of Loutraki. Swimming can be enjoyed in the crystal clear turquoise waters within a lovely sheltered bay. The beach of Loutraki offers sun beds and parasols, a small cafe for simple lunches and a restaurant with authentic Cretan cuisine.
Approximately 1.3 km north along the coast is the beautiful Marathi bay with three amazing beaches, several restaurants and a beach-cafe.
Ground floor:
Large open space living area with comfortable couches, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the dinning area, glass doors separate an open air dinning area in a large covered balcony with stunning sea views. On the other side the living room is connected to a large open terrace next to the private infinity swimming pool.
First floor:
Bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Lower Floor:
Two bedrooms with king size beds (can be converted to twin size beds), en-suite bathroom for each bedroom and fitted wardrobe. In between the bedrooms there is a playroom with video games (Playstation 5) and a home theatre with a big movie collection.
Outdoor area:
A marvellous private garden on the ground floor surrounding the villa and the swimming pool with sun beds for enjoying the sun. Close to the pool a hot tub provides you with the ultimate relaxation. Here, you will renew your spirit and realize that the environment offers you the perfect time, every time. After sun down or early morning you can explore the compound’s natural garden.

We had a wonderful holiday, the villa is amazing, both internally and externally. The location is ideal with lovely beaches and a Taverna just a short walk away. The Villa has all the facilities you would need for a family or friends and I would highly recommend the property to anyone.
George and his wife were very, very friendly and helpful and you couldn't have better or nicer hosts and the pies were delicious. This was a five star villa and a five star holiday.

The villas are absolutely beautiful. I strongly recommend this villa to anyone. Less than a one minute walk to beach and two local tavernas and a 2 min drive to 5 other great restos. 15-20 min drive to Chania. Location is best mix of small beach town vibe and close access to large tourist city if you want that. Owners are super nice and made us homemade pastries. Strongly recommend this villa. I will be back for sure. Villas are impeccably maintained.

Stayed a week 3 couples all three rooms had king sized beds and ensuite. The house was well looked after and very comfortable. We paid to get the hot tub heated and really enjoyed sitting in that. Garden and pool well maintained. A 2 minute walk to a really nice taverna so no designated driver issue. The beach nearby was very nice too. The hosts mum cooked us the most delicious custard/cream pie which I must admit was off the scale delicious.
We would certainly recommend this property.
