In the heart of the medieval city of Clamecy, discover this old water mill nestled in the heart of a 2 hectare wooded park, completely renovated to offer you all the comfort while preserving the charm of the building. You will enjoy its ideal location, both in an absolute calm surrounded by water, and in the immediate vicinity of the centre and all its amenities (restaurants, shops, transport,...).
The property consists of a vast park on which are located 2 houses and 1 outdoor swimming pool.
Main house:
A large 70 m2 lounge with fireplace, a large wooden table, piano, reading area
A fully equipped kitchen with cooking piano, ovens, dishwasher
A large terrace with outdoor living room and large table (up to 16 guests)
1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer
5 double rooms
2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets
Second house:
A living room with fireplace
Kitchen area (fridge, coffee machine, kettle)
1 independent parental suite with private bathroom
2 double bedrooms
1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet
1 billiard room
You will also find a swimming pool with deckchairs and outdoor living room, a table tennis table, and a gas barbecue.

We had a lovely time at this house. There is a large garden around the house that is completely private, yet you can walk easily into town.

Propriété très agréable avec un grand parc qui inspire le repos.
Grande maison familiale avec de grandes chambres, salon salle à manger idéal pour une grande famille ou groupes d'amis. La terrasse inspire la convivialité avec une grande table avec parasol et grand salon de jardin pour partager un verre ou des fous rires . La piscine réunit toujours les grands et les petits pour se rafraîchir, pour les jeux et la sieste.

Superbe résidence, très bien entretenue avec une jolie décoration. Correspond tout à fait à un séjour en famille ou entre amis avec des enfants. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse ensoleillée et très agréable. Logement fortement recommandé !
