The view is exceptional! The home was clean & efficient.
It needs some upgrades. The stairs (first impression) need carpet replaced and the kitchen cabinets need an upgrade. The deck upper & lower need some work & refinishing.

We adored the house, especially the stunning sea view Combide with the relaxing Jacuzzi Plus, the privacy and comfort were fantastic! And What more could we want?🥰
The only thing that we wish the house had is a fence behind the house to keep people and specially kids and dogs away from the cliff for more security. 🫤

That the property had two bathrooms. And one firm couch bed. So many places have old mattresses but the couch bed worked well for my bad back. Sleeping arrangements and cooking went well for our party of four. The views are spectacular. Easy to get to the key, which we left there rather than bring it with us and lose it.
I left a note about a few fixes. There is virtually no information on how to operate a fairly difficult TV setup.
