Beautiful newly renovated apartment in a quiet location. You can enjoy the evening sun on the terrace and enjoy the splashing of water in the adjoining pond. On cooler days, sit in the conservatory and let the day fade away.
The Chiemsee is only 5 minutes by car and the Alps can be reached in just 20 minutes.
The apartment is equipped with an open spacious kitchen with dining room.
Furthermore, with a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
A beautiful large living room with tiled stove and adjoining conservatory with unobstructed open view.
The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe with chest of drawers.
In addition, there is also a small cozy "nursery" with a large bed and wardrobe.
A baby bed can be provided.
A ping pong table can be used.

My elderly mother and I stayed for 10 nights in cold temperatures. We loved the easy access, not stairs, to the property, parking right outside of the apartment and the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment.The beds were (for our taste) extremely comfortable, the bathroom has floor heating, kitchen has everything we needed to cook almost every night.The temperature in the whole apartment was comfortable and we used the old wood oven/stove for ambience only on three nights. It was lovely.For our purposes, the location was extremely handy. A short drive to Prien and the Chiemsee, Rosenheim and just going for a drive around the beautiful area.Living in a large city myself, I loved the quiet and peaceful surrounding.We will certainly be back!! Thank you to the host who responded quickly to enquiries and requests and made us feel welcome.

We had a lovely week in this wonderful property. It was absolutely perfect in every way - very spacious and well-equipped and in a beautiful location. We enjoyed a very relaxing and peaceful week and would definitely recommend it.

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach Klasse. Super eingerichtet mit viel Liebe und vor allem sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Gastgeber mit Ihren Kindern sind sehr sehr freundlich. Auf jeden Fall werden wir wiederkommen. Auch der Ort Rimsting und die Umgebung am Chiemsee ist einsame Spitze!

Zuerst waren wir begeistert - super Quartier, nette (aber sehr beschäftigte) Wirtsleute ... Dann wurden uns gewisse Mängel bewusst: Miserables Internet! - Unangenehme Gerüche von frischen Industriemöbeln (kleines Schlafzimmer) und von Heizöl (Wintergarten). - Der Parkplatz vor unserem Quartier war oft von den Wirtsleuten oder Handwerkern besetzt. - Das kleine Schlafzimmer hatte kein Tageslicht, dafür war die Nacht dort schon um 5:30 zu Ende, wenn darüber aufgestanden wurde. Man kümmerte sich nicht wirklich um uns ... am Abreisetag mussten wir Sturm klingeln, um den Schlüssel abgeben zu können.
