The hotel staff and hotel were excellent. The hotel was clean, easy to access, tons of activities for the kids, close access to good food, friendly hotel staff and everyone was so accommodating. I absolutely loved my stay and hope to stay longer next time.

Location is great! Park your car once and leave it. Lots to do at the hotel for kids like movies, play ground, character entertainment, treasure hunt.
Breakfast times are super busy. With so many kids, the floors were dirty with crumbs and food mess, crushed cereal.

The rooms were beautiful and the disco elevator ride was an awesome the kiddos and myself lol
The charged me twice for the room and also tried charging me twice for parking :(
