The location made navigating to the Simmons Bank Arena very easy. We were on a quiet historic-district street, Eastward-facing dining room allowing for beautiful morning light during breakfast & morning coffee. <3 The furnishings were beautiful, the bed comfortable and squeek-free, and the propane stove helped keep the unit cozy. We enjoyed the pair of comfortable robes provided, and the kitchen was well-stocked for prepping our bacon-egg-croissant breakfast.
The jets in the jacuzzi tub didn't work, but we have notified the owner as of Feb 27, 2026. Still, it was plenty of room for two to enjoy as a soaking tub. We noticed in the morning that we could hear cup clinking through the wall into the next unit, so the units are definitely not sound-proof. There were no disruptive guests though, so the noise was not a bothersome level.

The tub was amazing. The jets were a really cool feature. The bed was comfortable, and they did provide breakfast. The host lives on the property, but you would not ever know. She did her best to stay out of the way and provide guests with a level of privacy.
Just know going into this house that it is old-timey. It is a historically recognized building for a reason. For a lot of people, this would be great. My girlfriend and I were spooked at first, but we got used to it. The spiral staircase did feel like it could collapse at any moment.
