Are you looking for an apartment that has an amazing location?
- 10 minutes by foot to Piazza San Marco
- a few merers away feom the „water“ with views of the canal from the Terrasse but also from the living room
- right in front of a major boat stop (150 meters away, Arsenale)?
But — you also want a quiet place that despite being „in the middle of things“ does not disturb your good night sleep by either noises from outside the house or inside?
Then you found your secret hideaway! Plus super comfy beds, very clean, very well kept.
And everything starts with a great checkin process with Matteo being super nice and giving us tips where to go (a very well stocked supermarket is 12 min walk, a smaller one is 3 min walk, restaurants are everywhere and also some great ones „round the corner“). The communication and coordination process was impeccable.
We were staying as a family for three nights and even our teen kid (usually not easy to be excited) can’t wait to be back.

The place was in a fantastic location, so close to everything including the water bus stops that can take you to all of the surrounding islands. The door lock and key takes a little bit until you get the hang of it as we kept fighting with it for the first day or so. Also the washing machine is not very accessible and extremely old so we didn’t end up using it even though we’d planned to. We were told upon check-in that it works and I’m sure it does but it’s not very accessible and we didn’t want to wreck anything. Otherwise communication, location, and cleanliness were all great and we really loved our stay!

20 minute walk along the Arno to historic Florence. Grocery store, yummy restaurants and transportation just steps away. Lorenzo our host was very helpful and welcoming!

Overall the location was very good. Some difficulty with communication but in the end the owner called us to work with the heat. It only raised up a little but it was ok. Again the location could not have been better.
