About this house rental
A short distance from the historic center of Orta San Giulio, with a large garden it enjoys a splendid view of Lake Orta and Monte Rosa. The medieval house has been completely renovated and is on two floors. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen and the dining area with fireplace. On the first floor the living room with television, a second living room with fireplace, and a second kitchen. Also on the first floor are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, one triple bedroom and two bathrooms. Outside in the cool courtyard are garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is equipped with every accessory at your disposal. The car is necessary to discover the rich artistic and cultural heritage. The town of Orta, inserted in the most beautiful villages in Italy, maintains its ancient charm intact with the characteristic historical center animated by bars, restaurants, wine bars and typical shops. Opposite Orta is the enchanting island of San Giulio, an oasis of peace and serenity enhanced by the basilica dedicated to the patron saint. On the hill overlooking the town you can visit the Sacro Monte, recognized as a world heritage site. Lake Orta is located in a strategic area that will allow you to easily reach other important places of interest such as the peaks of the Alps or Valsesia, Lake Maggiore, large cities such as Milan, Turin and Genoa, or the Langhe vineyards del Monferrato. You can practice many sports on the lake as well as numerous walks on bicycle and on horseback. The area offers many attractions also for food and wine lovers. Nearby is Villa Crespi by chef Cannavacciuolo with three Michelin stars. Entire medieval house on the shores of Lake Orta, with garden, views of Monte Rosa and San Giulio island, located in a quiet hamlet at the foot of the Monte Mesma mature reserve.
