    The El Royale is CLEAN, SAFE and the staff are super friendly. You can't beat this place. It's perfectly priced for me. I stay here several times a year.

    This place was great to go to Universal and six flags where we were gone all day. Store, restaurants, coffee, parking and Universal/Citywalk are close by. Our room was pretty much just big enough to sleep in which is fine when your at parks or out all day. Bathroom was clean and great, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. No complaints. Notes: walk is ok during the day, I would be careful at night or wandering as a single traveler (this is normal hollywood and there are far worse areas)
