Location was great!
People/ Staff was great!
Coffee was great!
Water pressure was great!
Beds were Comfy!
Property was dated and run down.
Needed power-washing and paint.
Rooms need updated accessible outlets.
Need 2-3 tiers of shelving instead of dressers and vanity cabinet is total waste of space.
Room needs multiple trash cans and not the little one we had.
No turn-down service is great, but could have toilet paper and towels stored in room.
Towels were terrible.

The river view was great. Had a great visit Helen. Would definantly stay again.
Only problem was being on second floor. Sadly no first floor was available.

Beautiful view of the river. We walked everywhere! Never had to start the car to go do anything. The room we had was upstairs overlooking the river, it doesn't look like the room pictured but was still worth the money and the bathroom is BEAUTIFUL! ( this room pictured is on its own little ground level) Super comfy pillows and the bed was great! We will be staying every time we visit Helen.

location was great, within walking distance of everything.
Ac had no knobs so it was trial and error and then it was not that good, and had pancake pillows.
