Great stay from the start. Location was perfect. Bus stop right across the Street that took us to the tourist/Chicago River. Room was cozy. View was beautiful 😍 Room 2016. Bed was very comfortable, pillows too. Adequate towels. Great smelling soap and lotion. Shower with great water pressure. Breakfast was perfect. Everything under the sun: Pancakes, bacon, cheese scrambled eggs, fruits, bagels, toast, orange, apple, & kiwi juice, cereals, oatmeal, & waffle maker. Clean area also. I felt safe late at night given that security is posted there during the night.
Wish I could've utilized the tap, the pool, or the rooftop but I'll absolutely return.
They did not acknowledge that I was a Hilton Member until the last day.

Very clean, great ambiance, good breakfast with attentive service. Nice front desk people. Wish onsite parking was a little more affordable. Loved early check in.

I like the views and the terrace.
When I went to go swimming there wasn’t anyone at the pool and I went in the morning but yet there water bottles in the pool and hair too. Felt like the pool and its area could have been cleaner especially since it was morning.
