The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was hot and the area was clean.
The pigeons make a lot of noise during the morning and night on the window seals. Possibly consider better plastic utensils and a little more selection for breakfast. Both mornings, we had to tell the staff to replenish the biscuit container.

Easy to find, great parking, safe and clean part of town, not high traffic area like on the south loop. Very nice room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. I'm a solo woman traveler.
It is minor but it looks like they were needing to upgrade the showers and it looked like it had age on it. Water was warm but not super hot. Again, a just a very minor thing.

Location was good for midway point to stay at for a roadtrip. Front desk staff was kind and helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was good.
The housekeeping crew didn't change the sheets it seemed in between stays. Our bed was made but the sheets looked as if someone had laid there and the pillow cases had stains on them (one looking like dried blood). Being 26 weeks pregnant I am a little more germaphobic lately and I felt like this room was not cleaned well at all. We remade our own bed and changed the pillow cases out. The front desk apologized and stated that housekeeping here sometimes rushes. We did NOT stay here again on our way back through Lubbock.
