The location was great. Close to many restaurants and stores for shopping. It is also close to different attractions and things the family can enjoy. Everyone was very friendly, really enjoyed our stay.
I liked everything, I don't have anything to complain about.

The woman serving and cleaning breakfast was doing it alone for a FULL hotel and was doing an absolutely amazing job all while being friendly and approachable. She deserves a raise!
I booked through Booking.com and reserved a room that allowed payment at the property. My room was charged before I even left home and to the wrong account. Thankfully I had just enough funds to still travel. Pay at the property has always been my choice and usually never an issue at other hotels until now. Now I am forced to sit at home on spring break with my grandchildren because of the hold placed on my funds. Yes the bank has to release it but there should have never been one.
Second, we reserved a double queen with a tub for the children. I was informed that the property was overbooked for that type of room and had been upgraded to a suite. It was a very nice room EXCEPT there was no tub! No other rooms were available to accommodate our needs due to poor planning on the property's part.
Next, there was enough towels for 3 guest and there were 4 of us, no linens for the sofa bed, and a strange brown substance at the base of the toilet around the floor mount.
Lastly in our suite there were 2 TVs but you could ONLY watch the same channel/use the same app...what's the point of 2 if you really could only watch one?!
