You will fall in love with this little house, built in the 1930s, then completely renovated in 2010.
The owner will be keen to share with you the tourist riches of her region and encountered at your disposal this house with two beautiful bright bedrooms, have quality bedding, a large fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room well separated and warm.
The decoration is neat and personal, and, outside, the large terrace and the small garden invite you to rest and relax!
Other assets: private parking in the old farmyard secured by a portal, internet access, books, board games, complete baby equipment (high chair, bath, cot, sun lounger, security barrier for stairs, games adapted ..).
Ideally located 2 steps from the town and its church classified as a historic monument, within the Regional Natural Park of Armorica and the Circuit of the parish enclosures, 400m from the Elorn river and the River museum, 'La petite maison' est the ideal starting point to explore Finistère d'Argoat in Armor .....

- You must bring your own sheets and towels.
- The cleaning must be done by you before your departure. Disinfection products will be left at your disposal throughout your stay.

Joli petit bourg avec des commerces dont une très bonne boulangerie.
Lac de Drennec très sympa pour balade et plage avec activités canoë et paddle.

Superbe maison authentique très bien décorée, avec une âme cocooning où'il fait bon vivre. Tout invite à la détente, l' intérieur comme l'extérieur. La propriétaire, fort sympathique, réside de l'autre côté de la maison mais sans vis-à-vis et sans être intrusive. Juste bienveillante et disponible pour conseiller les vacanciers. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré la météo pas très clémente ce début août 2021. La maison est bien située, bien centrée pour visiter Roscoff, presqu'île de Crozon, les Monts d'Arrée, la forêt d'Huelgoat... Pas de quoi s'ennuyer, je recommande cette petite maison.

Woning voldoet aan het gestelde maar was erg stoffig. Door inrichting met veel boeken en andere spulletjes erg moeilijk stofvrij te houden.
Bank ronduit van slechte kwaliteit, niet comfortabel.
Prima uitvalbasis voor prachtige omgeving.
