It was perfect! The front desk person (Vickie) was very friendly and efficient, we were checked in within 3 minutes. A very dog friendly place, they even had a bowl of water by the entrance, as well as dog treats. Everything seemed brand new; carpeting, elevator, even the luggage carts rolled easily with plenty of hooks for bags. Breakfast was as expected, but very clean, and the person preparing the food was nice as well.
Not the staff's fault, but the hotel was along a long and twisting road, so if you didn't have navigation, it might be hard to find. That's the only flaw.

The pool was nice and the overall feel of the place is nice
My biggest problem was is they let a group of people almost 15 people throw a party at the pool that night these people sat outside the pool with cupcakes and drinks when it clearly states no food or drinks also it was just weird and awkward also the next morning we went to the pool these people left food on ground and there were ants everywhere! Very irresponsible to whoever was in charge that night no parties should take place at the pool! Thank you!
