This large house is near two beaches and has a nice garden around it. There is as well a bbq. Maybe not as charming as older houses though.

La maison est idéalement située avec vue sur la mer qui est toute proche (une centaine de mètre). La maison est claire et spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons de surcroît bénéficié d'une météo exceptionnelle qui nous a permis de partager avec nos enfants et petits-enfants de délicieux moments.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette grande et jolie maison très bien située, à deux pas de la grande plage ce qui était idéal pour les enfants. Nous avons apprécié les travaux de rénovation effectués, la literie et le salon de jardin neufs. Quelques difficultés à mettre en route la télévision tout juste livrée, mais on a fini par y arriver ! Pour nous, quand la cuisine sera refaite (le lave-vaisselle donne aussi de gros signes de vieillesse...) et avec une nouvelle cabine de douche au RdC, la location sera vraiment super et nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir, même si Gâvres est un peu loin de tout (mais c'est aussi ce qui fait son charme)...
