I liked that the hotel was close to the highway and not far from the scheduled attractions like COSI, LegoLand and the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. When we checked in Amy was amazing in going over breakfast times and hotel amenities. She even asked if we would need a crib for the baby and delivered it personally to our room. She was unable to find crib sheets but provided us with an extra blanket set to use instead. The pool was rather warm but we had an enjoyable time. The other gentlemen working the front desk daily was helpful when asked for room supplies. Room was nice and cozy we used the full kitchen to make meals and prep the baby bottles during the night. Overall I would stay again if visiting the area.
The breakfast options was ok it was my first time seeing a cottage cheese bar spread. Asking the breakfast staff any questions you where met with hostility and eye rolling. This happened when I asked if the waffle mix could be refilled. I was there Thursday-Monday so they would stand at the door and just stare it was rather awkward. The only downfall was the massive billboard structure in the middle of the parking lot ( not pictured at all on any website of the property). On busy nights it was difficult to find parking and they physically barricade one side of the parking lot and had a half arm gate installed on the other with a night guard stationed. They did require a $15 a day parking fee which I understand but dont as parking is limited when its fully booked and you arrive late on certain days.

This was a very clean well maintained hotel and we loved it.
The parking was a little crazy but that’s something the hotel couldn’t help since it was during a big snow storm. They did their best.

The property was very nice and located near the edge of the OSU campus. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Amenities were fine for what was needed, and if they didn't have it, there were plenty of stores within walking or driving distance. The staff was amazing! friendly and eager to assist.
There are several minor issues which were the result of poor installation and/or maintenance. The faucet on the bathroom counter was loose. Their were no floor towels available to prevent slippage. The TV remote was impossible to figure out, and no channel guide was available. I couldn't find the silverware, and found out from the staff it was in a slide-out drawer. If the small details of this property were to pay attention to these details, it would be result in a higher grade!

It was very comfortable and the help was the best. But the front desk reception is horrible.
The front desk reception will overcharge you for your Deposit based off of your ethnicity. The front desk are all of them except for the kind woman.. but they all will try to overcharge you until you tell them that you already have been there and only paid $100 for the deposit last time so why would they be charging me almost $200 for the next deposit the next time you are trying to stay. It is all a scam.
