Lovely stay! You absolutely cannot beat the location! The aesthetics are spot on. Rooms are comfy and clean. The onsite bar stayed open later for all of us who wanted a night cap which was so nice !

The suite we started in was nice and big.
The room above us had their toilet overflowing all night and it came down in to our bathroom and I got up at 430 to go to the bathroom and my feet got soaked with someone else's toilet water. They moved us to a double queen room which is not what I paid for or wanted. The whole experience was terrible. And two lamps didn't work in the room either.

The location of the hotel is great. Most sites are within walking distance. My family and I had tickets to attend Monster Jam at the Arena. It was a ten minute walk from the hotel. The lobby was beautiful and the staff were friendly and welcoming! I had booked three rooms and the front desk attendant did what she could to keep us on the same floor. The decor was pretty and the water for showers were nice and hot!!!
My strongest complaint is the beds were super uncomfortable! The rooms with the king size beds were small. Our rooms had a mini refrigerator but no coffee maker or microwave. I requested a microwave to be placed in our room but it was never delivered. The rooms were cold. I feel, for the price I paid, it was a bit pricey
