• 1 double bedroom,
• bathroom with shower 80x100, bidet, sink, w. c., hairdryer.
From the kitchen / living room there is direct access to the large 3 x 12 m veranda, table, chairs and umbrella, panoramic view.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, heating, WI-FI, TV-SAT, barbecue.
Salt water swimming pool (8x4.5x1.45h) for exclusive use, solarium and sunbeds.
Garden: private garden (200 m2) fenced (1.40 m fence).
The whole house is located on the ground floor and is also accessible to people with motor problems.
Pets allowed at no extra charge (only small and medium size).
Final cleaning: € 70.00 to be paid in cash on arrival.
Baby bed: € 30.00 per week, on request when booking
Air conditioning / electric heating to be paid according to consumption: € 0.50 / kw.
Washing machine: € 5.00 per wash
Pool towels on request: € 5.00 per person.
Tourist tax € 2.5 per person for a maximum of 3 nights.
Deposit € 200.00 to be paid on arrival in cash and refundable at the end of the stay, except for damage to the property.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2. Mal da, und es wird wohl nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Es war wieder wunderschön!
Annalisa und die Familie sind sehr nett, wohnen zwar direkt neben dem Ferienhäuschen, aber man bekommt kaum was davon mit. Die selbstgemachte Pflaumenmarmelade ist sehr lecker!
Das Häuschen selbst und der tolle Pool zur Alleinbenutzung waren sehr sauber, es war alles da, was man braucht. Spülmaschinentabs sollte man aber ein paar mitnehmen.
Die Straße zum Haus ist stellenweise eng, und ja, es wird auch manchmal zur Warnung gehupt, aber wir fanden es überhaupt nicht schlimm. Den Blick in die umliegenden grünen Hügel fanden wir toll, die Lage ist sehr ruhig, somit für uns Erholung pur. Inzwischen gibt es auch mehrere deutschsprachige TV-Programme ab Sendeplatz 2300 rum 😁. WLAN funktioniert auch gut. Das Grundstück ist perfekt eingezäunt, für unseren Jackie damit perfekt zum streunen ohne abzuhauen. Der Pool ist nochmal extra eingezäunt.
Das Bett bzw die Matratze war für uns voll in Ordnung, hatten keine Probleme.
Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist, dass man zwar in der Toskana ist, allerdings im Nordwesten, so dass man zB nach San Gimignano eine Weile fahren muss. Dafür liegen Pisa und Lucca in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aber letztendlich ist uns das egal, wie gesagt, uns hat es wieder wunderbar gefallen, deshalb gerne wieder und bis zum nächsten Mal!
