Our room was very clean, very quiet (except for the heavy-footed people upstairs) and very spacious. The evening staff person was very friendly and informative. The room was large and comfortable with a large bathroom. I enjoyed the bath products and lotion. I have paid much more for a much less satisfactory stay in other hotels. I would highly recommend this Comfort Inn. I have stayed at other Comfort Inns that were not nearly as nice as this one. Don't hesitate to book here!

We were one of just a few people staying at this time. I understand the logic of putting people close together, however it would have been nice to not have the noisy family with children directly above us, given there were plenty of rooms to choose from.

Ivy, front desk worker, was exceptional. The stay was comfortable.

The carpets need a good cleaning. There was hair on the bed linen.

The beds were comfortable. It was quietness the top floor.

Men's hair was stuck to the shower wall. When I went to breakfast, there were no bagels, muffins, rolls, milk, or eggs. There was only a plastic fork to get the sausage from the tray. When they finally brought out muffins, they were frozen. It wasn't even busy. Other guests were complaining that each night they needed to get their cards fixed when they got back to the hotel.
