The staff was helpful and nice kind
Room 321 has an issue with their heating and cooling unit. It kept going in between the heating and cooling settings making it uncomfortable

I enjoyed my stay the room was clean and smelled fresh. The sleeping area and restroom was tidy and stocked. The staff I spoke to was pleasant and welcoming and super helpful when I asked for accommodations.
I did have to get extra towels for the room and the canned soda was out of stock the whole time I was there. The coffee supplies in the room were definitely something to be desired as I attempted to make my morning cup it was so harsh and only a single sugar to add I just dumped it out. Also it's very petty to charge for bottled water in a hotel such as this one most others don't and have a few in the room to take as we please. But overall nothing I couldn't deal with.

Everything was clean and nice no problem with my key staff really nice .
The pillow could be more fluffy and check in could be better the staff there was having a lot of trouble checking me in and I thought by using booking it would be easier and it wasn’t it was an older staff so I definitely was trying to be considerate

The location was great for the theatre
The bathroom door was dirty and when we went for the Buffett at breakfast it wasn’t ready and the man setting up was rather rude.
