The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Plenty to choose from. Loved the free coffee bar available all the time. The pool area was pretty nice and rarely had people in it. staff were very nice and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Good quality for the price. Would probably stay again.
There were clumps of hair under our sheets. Likely from static in the dryer but still gross. The carpets need cleaned in the room. My son‘s feet were black after just a couple of minutes however I understand it’s a hotel and you can’t clean carpets after every stay. Whatever cleaner they use on the faux wood floors made them sticky feeling, but they were not dirty. Housekeeping seemed to skip our room for some reason. We stayed several nights so we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper but they were provided without much trouble. Any issues we had were very minor.

The staff made my trip wonderful. We were greeted right away and all of our needs were met.
I would have liked fresh fruit options for breakfast.
