The hotel and room really clean and comfortable
Breakfast room was freezing cold, not much variety of food with paper plates and plastic cutlery.

Beds were comfortable.
Lobby, common areas: not clean. Floors had visible dirt/dust throughout. Looked like staff had not ever dusted or swept behind some areas. Front desk person wore a sweatshirt- no visible Fairfield logo on any clothing. Also, not very welcoming. Seemed understaffed. Breakfast was lacking some basics (no yogurt available).
