The staff was incredibly friendly and professional.
The pillows were absolutely horrible. They were way too squishy and the bed a bit high and stiff. We had terrible sleep because of the bed and especially the pillows. The bathroom sink drain stopper was stuck and the drain plunger mechanism on the back of the faucet was broken off. So when you turned on the water it stayed in the sink because it could not drain out.
The breakfast was ok. The breakfast bar-was a mess of waffle mix and they only had sausage and some ham left to eat which was overcooked but doable. We needed a place to stay for the night to get rest. Wish we could have. We got a little and it helped to get to our vacation.
