Love staying here. Right in big bear village. Room were clean comfy bed. Early check-in and late check out. Friendly staff. Will be back. Thank you!

Staff not friendly.
No storage in the room, no closet, no dresser, no vanity in the bathroom, there is nothing to leave your clothes.
Heater does not work all the time.
