The manager was very friendly and helpful. My AC stopped working in the middle of the night. He came in tried a quick fixed and moved us immediately to another room. He was very patient and professional. I ran a mud run in floresville and was also stuck there and he was so polite and understanding. He even extended my check out so I could clean up and not rush. I appreciate his level of professionalism and will definitely stay here again.
