Excellent location close to Downtown Palm Springs and 3-5 minutes taxi from Palm Springs Convention Centre Coachella shuttle stop. Clean, spacious room with good air con. Shower gel and shampoo included. Daily housekeeping. Good continental breakfast avoiding the need to go elsewhere with a post-festival hangover. Super friendly and helpful staff and a nice chilled vibe around the pool. Perfect for anyone going to Coachella.

Iconic Palm Springs motel feel, great pool area & lovely staff (reception & breakfast)
1st room smelled of dog urine so they moved us to another room next day. I suggest if you allow pets then you deep clean the rooms accordingly. Housekeeping staff v slow & had to be reminded to make up room numerous times in our stay

very loud dj & private pool party when we arrived on 3/29@ 6:30 pm.Room was marginal-no chairs except for very small desk chair, a/c was very old & dirty-slow toilet-asked for mtn view& got an old rooftop outside our door. reception staff not friendly. i will not return to this hotel & will not recommend it. i don’t think it meets the usual high standard of booking . com.
