Price. Beds are fine. No carpet.
Breakfast means waffle, “coffee”/tea, juice, and yogurt. There is no milk. No cold water. Coffee is genuinely coffee flavored hot water, with no liquid creamers provided, just creamer power.
The bathtub creaks, suggesting not well supported.

The room was excellent. Two queen beds, very comfortable mattresses. Had a little trouble getting the heat adjusted. surprised there was no coffee pot in the room.
Very disappointed with the breakfast. All they had was pancakes and yogurt, so my wife and I was not able to enjoy breakfast.

Liked the nice rural hillside view with good grassy areas to walk the dogs. Quiet. No traffic noise
