Check in was smooth and there were outlets in the lobby for me to get some work done while enjoying a glass of wine from the lobby bar.
I was a little concerned with all of the water marks on the lobby ceiling but didn't smell anything or notice anything like this in my room.

We liked the set up of the room we stayed in, having the bathroom out of view from the bed was a nice change. The location was close to downtown.
We were given a room in a block of rooms booked by a youth hockey team. Their hockey gear, bags, and clothing lined the hallways along with food and candy wrappers. They PLAYED hockey in the hallway for hours, with lots of yelling and the puck hit our door several times. We should have never been put in a room within in their groups block. The running up and down the halls was disruptive, their yelling could be heard over our TV.

everyone was so nice and it was dog friendly and convenient.
there were many rowdy kids running around making a lot of noise throughout the night but we didn’t complain about it so not the hotels fault.
