Alex was friendly and welcoming. Easy location to get to, good parking access. Room size was comfortable with love seat, desk and chair. Single cup coffee maker. Soap and shampoo was available, blow dryer too.
They need a cigarette oder
removal process, upgrade on towels, make up remover. Larger cups for coffee i.e. 6oz instead of 4oz. Provide complimentary water bottles in fridge. Fix any hardware i.e. outlets, towel rack. Fix dry rot on bathroom entry floor and tub(cosmetic)
